Royal Retreat is a professionally managed home complete with state-of-the-art, hand-picked amenities for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The house accommodates up to 8-12 guests comfortably across 4 bedrooms and a large social room with a sleeper sofa. For larger group gatherings, congregate within one of the spacious common areas complete with wood-paneled high ceilings, large windows, abundant sofas, and a fireplace for colder nights. On warmer days, eat outside on the second-story deck while your children take full advantage of the treehouse, swings, and grassy outdoor space to run around. There is even an outdoor dog wash / bike wash station to clean off after a long day hiking or biking around Angel Fire.

In the winter, heavy or sudden snowfall can make for difficult driving conditions. We recommend guests use vehicles equipped with 4WD to better handle the roads.
